Diagnostic
$50
- Most in depth complex repairs require a diagnostic. If the fix is super obvious and we can identify the issue right away then the diagnostic fee will be waived. Sometimes it’s not so obvious and can require disassembly and time to give it a proper look. Learn and identify with your tech team what parts you need to get back on the road and enjoying your summer as quick as possible.
Servicing Fee
$80/hr
- Flat rate $80/ hr for all PEV related repairs.
- We are fair and honest so if it takes only 30 mins then we only charge for 30 mins.
Tire Change
$80 - 200
- Onewheel tire change: $80
- Scooter tire change: $80 – $100
- EUC (Non Suspension): $120
- EUC (Suspension): $200
- Tubeless tire conversion: $75
- Add on service Rim Painting: $75
Tune Up

Rider owned and operated. Our team is passionate and has an in depth knowledge of PEV’s unlike any run of the mill shop. We enjoy getting our hands on new products and putting them to the test. In doing so we build up a wealth of knowledge and are happy to share our experience as we grow together.

Very friendly staff & an amazing location. Bike lanes nearby that allowed me to ride by the streets and waters of downtown Toronto. The process to booking and picking up an e-scooter was really easy and simple too. It was sooo fun to go fast on the e-scooters!

I have rented an e-scooter from RideOne twice so far, and it was a lot of fun. I plan to go again and keep bringing friends to experience the fun with me. If you've never tried an electric recreational vehicle before, I highly recommend trying RideOne. The owners are very friendly too 🙂

Easy straightforward process. Scan the QR code, sign the waiver and away you go. Phone holder included on the ninebot e-scooters. Demos/tutorials offered. Call ahead to reserve as the rentals run out fast by 6pm. The staff were very friendly and allowed my friends and me to try out the one wheels and e-bike. Had a blast. Will definitely return if I don't buy my own scooter first.

This shop is professional and friendly! If u like snowboarding or surfing please try the onewheel at least once! I rent the onewheel for an hr and felt in love with it, then i went for lunch and thought about how fun it could be riding (floating) around. Went back and made my purchase, i could choose either 4,6,12 separate interest free payments(depends on ur credit score) it was just a soft credit check. I went for the 6months payments. I ride the onewheel everyday and loving it.

What a wonderful experience with such friendly owners!
The escooter rental is very fair priced and easy to book. The escooter has great range, speed (up to 31km/hr), rides smooth, and is pretty powerful - and are better than other escooter rentals.
I’ve been twice now and looking forward to many more times!

I can't say enough good things about this shop! If your looking at purchasing or renting a One Wheel in Canada, Ride One is your place to go! The customer service is simply amazing! The fact that your encouraged to try the board before purchasing is a very honest approach. The battery was great even on a semi-hot day and got the best speed and mileage. I went everywhere with this and would definitely rent with them again. You can really get around Toronto on an escooter faster than a bike or car.
